About Orders FirstFor servicemembers and families

SCRA benefits should be easier to use.

Orders First brings Servicemembers Civil Relief Act benefits, institution programs, contact details, and a refund estimator into one clear place.

Why we built it

Your orders can affect what you pay. Finding out how should not be the hard part.

SCRA information is spread across government pages, financial-institution websites, phone lines, and paperwork. Orders First organizes the parts people need most, then helps them take the next step without turning the process into another research project.

What makes the work different

The account details matter more than the logo.

An institution can own one loan, service another, issue a card through a partner, or keep an acquired brand on a separate system. Orders First is built around those boundaries.

Account-specific

Benefits are tied to the product, account timing, eligibility terms, and institution named by the official source. We do not turn one good offer into an institution-wide promise.

Route-specific

A phone number for questions is different from a secure portal or mailing address that accepts a request. Every contact is labeled for the job the institution gives it.

Honest about gaps

When public evidence is limited, the institution stays in the directory with a safe starting point. We do not pad a thin page or claim that “not found” means “not offered.”

Independent

Orders First is an educational service, not the decision-maker.

Orders First is not part of a financial institution, loan servicer, the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, or a military department. It is not a law firm. The institution decides whether an account qualifies and calculates any adjustment. For legal advice or an urgent dispute, use qualified military legal assistance.

Corrections and support

Tell us what needs attention.

If an official institution page changed, a route no longer works, or an explanation is unclear, email the institution name, account type, and official source. Do not email military orders, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive records.
