The estimator can use service dates, institution and account details, average balance, APR, your name, account last four, and optional contact information. These values are processed in your browser during the active page session. Orders First does not currently create an account for you, save the values to an Orders First database, or submit them to a financial institution.
When you choose to download a request, the text file is generated in your browser. Orders First does not automatically receive a copy. The file remains under your control on your device until you delete it, move it, or send it.
Orders First uses Firebase App Hosting and Google Cloud. Those services may process ordinary technical information such as an IP address, requested page, date and time, browser or device information, response status, and performance or security details. We use this information to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems, protect it, and prevent abuse. Estimator values are not placed in page URLs.
If you email support, Orders First and its email providers, including Mailgun, may process your email address, message headers, message, and anything you choose to include so we can reply, investigate a correction, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
Orders First uses Google Analytics to count visits, see which general sections are used, and count three broad milestones: an estimate started, an estimate completed, and a request prepared. Those milestone events have no added details. Google may receive ordinary browser and device information, but Orders First sends grouped page labels and milestone names—not estimator or request values, identity or contact details, account details, service dates, calculations, or results.
We use service providers to host the site and deliver support email. We do not sell estimator inputs or request content, and we do not provide them to advertisers. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to lawful process, or enforce applicable rights. Financial-institution, government, and other outside links have their own privacy practices.
Advertising
Orders First does not currently display advertising or load Google AdSense advertising tags. The public ads.txt seller record does not itself place cookies, collect advertising data, or show ads.
Before advertising is activated, this policy will be updated and applicable visitors will be offered privacy choices. If AdSense is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads based on visits to this site or other sites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads where permitted by a visitor's settings and choices.
Any future ads will be clearly separated on selected public information pages. Ads will not appear inside the estimator, request preparation, request preview, request download, or support flow. Estimator fields and request content will not be used for advertising or sent to advertisers.
Your choices
Orders First has no saved estimator account or record to retrieve. Reloading or closing the page clears the active estimator session; downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them. You may contact us about support correspondence or this policy. Depending on where you live, additional privacy choices may apply.
Please do not email a Social Security number, full account number, military orders, bank statements, password, or date of birth. No online service or email system can promise absolute security.
