Quick answer
Bank of America SCRA overview
A qualifying home loan that Bank of America owns and manages may receive a 4% cap. The bank also describes possible deposit-fee waivers and extended card and installment benefits after service.
Federal protections are separate from any additional benefit offered by a bank.
Benefit-rich guide
Bank of America publishes a 4% home-loan program, fee relief, and several request routes.
Bank of America's strongest published enhancement is narrower than a bankwide 4% promise: the home loan must qualify and be both owned and managed by Bank of America.
Other benefits
Card, deposit, and service-fee relief

Federal SCRA rule
Start with when the debt began.
Federal SCRA interest relief generally concerns qualifying debt from before military service. A bank's extra benefit can be broader or more generous, but it does not replace the federal eligibility test.
