- First Horizon says homeowners receiving permanent-change-of-station orders may have assistance options. This is not a promise that every mortgage modification or other outcome will be approved.
- Mortgage foreclosure protection
- First Horizon describes the federal court-order protection for certain qualifying mortgages. Urgent or contested foreclosure matters should be taken to qualified legal assistance.

- First Horizon says to submit a written request with a copy of military orders and that it will notify the applicant if more information is needed.
- Mail or fax
- The bank lists an SCRA mailing address in Memphis and toll-free fax number 1-866-807-9287 for the request and military orders.
- Bank-listed ordinary email
- First Horizon lists scra@firsthorizon.com for the same request. Because the bank does not label ordinary email as encrypted, consider asking for a secure option before sending sensitive records.
Orders First does not send documents to First Horizon. Verify the account and destination before sharing military records or personal identifiers.
