Synchrony does not list a bankwide 0% military rate. Promotional 0% offers are separate. Ask Synchrony to confirm the rate, start date, and covered accounts in writing.

Federal SCRA protection

Eligible pre-service debt may qualify for the federal 6% cap.

Covered interest and charges above the cap are forgiven rather than deferred. The account-opened date and service dates still matter.
